In this workshop, we will introduce you to the new EU Taxonomy regulation, and provide you with a 360 overview of how to deal with the regulatory requirements. This new regulation has been designed to direct investments towards sustainable projects. It will thus directly impact the activities of corporations and institutions with regard to their climate strategies.
One of the cornerstones of the EU Sustainable Finance Action Plan is to bring clarity to the market regarding which economic activities can be considered sustainable with the aim of encouraging sustainable investing and preventing greenwashing. The EU Taxonomy is an ambitious attempt to define these activities and the related technical standards for six environmental objectives.
