TRANSACTION BACKGROUND

The client is a project developer and operator of renewable energy (RE) with a track record of 1.630 MW installed RE capacity and 373 MW RE capacity in own operation. The client is active in 15 countries in Europe and Latin America, amongst others Germany, France, Finland, Latvia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Kosovo, Hungary, Mexico, Colombia and Chile. Currently, the client is developing a solar project in Hungary with a capacity of 63 MWp and an expected production of around 80 GWh p.a. The project is expected to reach COD in 2025.

As part of its hedging strategy, the client wants to sell the power production from the solar farm via a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).

After having signed the User Agreement, you upload your production/consumption profile on RE WAVE.
