SustaiNews at the 29th Wind Energy Days

December 9, 2021

The 29th Wind Energy Days (29. Windenergietage) took place from November 10th to 12th, in Potsdam, Germany. It proved itself once again, as an important industry meeting point for onshore wind energy. Our Think RE team was on site, as exhibitor, with its own booth and was able to interview some interesting market participants for SustaiNews. On this news channel, we share renewable energy and sustainability news.

We interviewed Gerhard Hinnah from Hasewind, Klaus Lorenz from Lorenz Kommunikation and Andreas Köhl and Matthias Schreier from Ingenieurbüro Kuntzsch.

Gerhard Hinnah from Hasewind talked about the most exciting topics of this year's event and about the panel "Where are our pennies migrating to?"

A further highlight of Spreewinds’ event was the very interesting dialogue organized by Hasewind.

Our co-founder, Dr. Steffen Hundt, was one of the panelists on the panel: “Where are our pennies migrating to?" (German: “Wohin wandern unsere Kröten?”). They talked about the 1.5°C Target, Fit-for-55 Rule, CO2-pricing and the EU-Taxonomy.

We’re already looking forward to more discussions on these topics and will continue to make SustaiNews videos on a regular basis. Follow Think RE on YouTube and turn on the bell to enable notifications for more SustaiNews.
